the average of the interests applied by savings banks and banks.<\/p><p>The mortgages that were referenced with this index generally have very high interest despite failing to comply with the transparency requirements, on July 13, 2023 the\u00a0<strong>Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has issued a ruling in which consumer protection is strengthened<\/strong>\u00a0by establishing that those consumers may claim\u00a0<strong>affected by the lack of information on the possible application of a negative differential in the Mortgage Loan Reference Index<\/strong>\u00a0(IRPH) to match it with other market indices such as the Euribor.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
